To maintain good health is one of the best practices as it gives us feeling of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Maintaining proper Health helps us to enjoy life. So to remain healthy it would be necessary to have good food and good exercise everyday.

3. We must get enough sleep to stay healthy because our body needs a rest from such a harsh daily routine of our lives. Most of us need daily 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep to keep our health and mind healthy. If we keep on working and working and don't take rest or sleep it would affect your health. So it is necessary for us to relax our body and take good sleep.

Our body and mind are mentally linked because a healthy mind keeps a healthy body. If a person stays healthy physically, he will stay healthy mentally too. Physical and mental health is linked fundamentally. If we are able to keep our body fit and healthy by taking the right food and doing physical activates regularly, our body will definitely help us to deal with daily stress.
