A sedentary lifestyle means that we move less and less. In the morning we get into a car parked right outside our home, go to work, and then spend at least eight hours in the office, sitting behind the desk. And then just relax in front of the TV or computer. This is the scene of the day for most of us. We lack traffic! And yet we all know that "Sport is health". Why


1. Physical activity positively affects the appearance of our figure. Therefore, everyone who dreams of losing a few kilos, next to a proper diet, should also ensure movement. Exercise, we burn fat faster, sculpt the muscles and shape the figure. However, people with normal weight should not feel justified.We should remember that depending on the choice of physical activity, we can lose weight or only shape the figure, improve posture or firm the body. It's important to find the right sport for you.
2. Regularly exercising, we strengthen our muscles and joints, thanks to which we will enjoy their fitness for many years. We have a better chance of it, we will keep self-reliance and independence until old age.
3. We reduce the risk of future civilization diseases. Coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, diabetes or obesity - these are just some of the diseases that we can avoid by practicing sport regularly.
4. Sport is an excellent method to get rid of stress, relieve accumulated tension and relax after a long day of work. An oxygenated, rested and regenerated body will cope better with physical and psychological obstacles. Especially relaxing can be sports practiced in the open air, which will provide us with beneficial contact with nature.
5. People who play sports are happier! During physical activity, our body produces endorphins, i.e. happiness hormones.
6. Increased physical activity also positively affects our beauty. When we sweat, we get rid of accumulated toxins, and the regularly cleaned body functions and looks better.
7. By setting ourselves new goals in sport and gradually achieving them, we gain not only better physical condition, but also the feeling that nothing is impossible for us. We strengthen not only physically but also mentally!
Everyday life sometimes overwhelms us. Again, we get up at dawn, eat breakfast (or not, because we do not have time), we run to work, often late and breathless, deal with the boss, and after returning to the gray reality: laundry, cleaning, children over and over again. And when we have to go to yoga. We often treat going to sports as a duty, because you have to lose weight again before the holidays and squeeze into your swimsuit. And after all, sport should be above all time for yourself and pleasure. Physical effort not only affects our health and physical appearance, but also improves mood, adds energy and confidence.
 Regular sporting and physical activity has a huge impact on the overall level of our psyche. In addition to improving well-being, he builds certain mechanisms, disciplines and develops cognitive functions, which in turn translates into the effectiveness of learning new things.
Let's remember that sport is not only gym press or volleyball, but also dance, yoga, pilates and tabata. Let's adjust the activity to your personality, which will make it more effective and pleasant
